James M. Henshaw

Jim received an undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University in 1978 and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Akron School of Law in 1981. He is admitted to practice in the courts in the State of Ohio, United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Judicial Circuit. He completed an advanced professional training program in the art and skills of trial advocacy from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy, Master Advocates Program. He is a former member of the Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on continuing legal education. 


While many of Jim's cases involve personal injury and wrongful death, he practices in all areas of civil litigation.
