Personal Experience
Jim lives in Akron, Ohio. He received an undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University in 1978 and a Juris doctorate degree from The University of Akron School of Law in 1981.
Jim is admitted to practice in the courts of the State of Ohio, United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. He has received a diploma from the Master Advocate’s Program of the National Institute for trial Advocacy and is a former member of The Supreme Court of Ohio Commission on Continuing Legal Education. He is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Akron Bar Association and the Ohio Association for Justice.
While a large number of Jim’s cases involve personal injury and wrongful death, he practices in all areas of civil litigation.
