Attorney Jacob T. Will graduated Magna Cum Laude from Seton Hall University in New Jersey in 2007. He then graduated Cum Laude from the University of Akron School of Law in 2010. He opened his own practice in December, 2010 in Canton, Ohio, and practiced there for 8 years before joining the Ohio Defense Firm in late 2018. Attorney Will’s main area of practice is Criminal Law.
Attorney Will focuses on criminal law at both the federal and state level. He is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, as well as the Northern and Southern District Courts of Ohio. He handles all felony and misdemeanor cases. He has represented individuals with charges ranging from minor misdemeanor traffic offenses in Mayor’s Courts and municipal courts through Driving Under Suspension, Domestic Violence and Assault cases, and OVI’s or DUI’s, and all other charges in municipal courts in the northeast Ohio area.
He also represents individuals on all types of felony charges, including all degrees of Drug Possession and Trafficking charges, sex offenses including Gross Sexual Imposition, Unlawful Sexual Conduct and Rape, and crimes against persons such as Felonious Assault and Murder. Attorney Will aggressively defends his clients’ rights on all types of felony charges throughout Northeastern Ohio, with special focus to Summit and Stark County.
Attorney Will is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Akron Bar Association, the Stark County Bar Association, the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star from 2019 through 2025.
