Chelsea Schobert cooperates with investigators in drug case
Chelsea Schobert is cooperating with law enforcement in the early stage of her Summit County drug-trafficking case.
Schobert, who turns 19 next week, had her first pretrial hearing Tuesday before Common Pleas Judge Christine Croce. Schobert is the youngest daughter of a prominent couple slain last year in New Franklin.
After the hearing, Schobert calmly left the courtroom with a detective who took a swab of her inner cheek for DNA testing.
She had no objection to the test and told the judge she understood why it was being done.
