An Akron man pleaded not guilty Monday to additional felony charges filed against him for a December crash that left a Chagrin Falls teen dead and two others injured.
John Bird, 50, is now charged with two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide, three counts of aggravated vehicular assault, one count of vehicular assault and two counts of operating a vehicle while under the influence (OMVI). All of the charges are felonies except for OMVI, which is a first-degree misdemeanor.
